Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Brooklyn, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting real estate, and providing excellent customer service. The Salesperson will also be expected to build lasting relationships with clients, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Brooklyn real estate market, and meet sales targets through effective negotiation and client engagement.
Qualifications Must hold a valid Real Estate License and have experience or knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions. Strong Sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction. Thorough understanding of the Brooklyn real estate market is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Proficiency in handling real estate software and property listing tools is a plus. Multilingual abilities, especially in languages commonly spoken in Brooklyn, are an asset.
