Overview Provide essential administrative and organizational help to the UltraVue Sales and Support Teams.

Process orders, manage customer records, prepare contracts, schedule meetings, and act as the liaison for customer inquiries freeing up the Sales Reps to focus on selling.

Drive revenue by keeping back-office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Filling out DIRECTV-required paperwork for new property launches, property conversions, and property terminations

Providing escalated customer support for property managers, leasing agents, HOA board members, and property owners

Pursue and follow up with new sales leads as needed

Maintain a steady sales strategy

Property Commissions Tracking

Strengthen relationships with existing property managers and ownership companies

Day to Day Website Maintenance

Update, customize, and maintain marketing collateral for sales and support teams

Required Experience

Sales Acquisition and Retention

Word Processing/Database Management Experience

Basic Paralegal Knowledge

Microsoft Office Experience, with fluency in Excel and PowerPoint

Adobe Acrobat and Adobe E-Sign Experience

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Ability to work under pressure

3+ years Experience in the Telecommunications Industry

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Recommended Experience

Basic Website Design and Coding

Low-Voltage Systems Experience

DIRECTV Stream (via Internet) POS Systems Experience

DIRECTV AEP, COM, and DRE Systems Experience
