Experienced Collision Estimator for Top Rated Body Shop in Northeastern Ohio. This position is for an experienced individual who wants to make money. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, closes business, and understands that income is directly tied to experience, effort, and results. Summary
Appraises vehicle damage to determine cost of repairs for customers and insurance company settlements. Responsibilities
Greet customers, insurance adjusters and any other visitors who come into the collision center office and obtain customer information. Assist in answering phones. Escort customer and/or adjuster to vehicle to inspect damage. Examine damage to vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage. Take all notes required to give a thorough estimate. Take all necessary photos to document damage. Import all information into the estimating system to generate an estimate to give the customer/insurance adjustor. Ask customer for their business. SELL THE JOB! Schedule appointment date and time with customer for repairs, giving an estimated completion time and if they need rental assistance. Update vehicle owner throughout the process and at the end of the repair for pick up date and time. Provide exceptional customer service. What We Offer
