Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience in property or inventory control.
Experience in property, inventory control or administrative duties can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Educational Note Graduates utilizing education attained in the United States to meet the minimum requirements of a position will not be appointed until verification of the applicable degree has been obtained. Foreign trained graduates utilizing a degree attained outside of the United States must provide a credential evaluation by an approved agency.

Job Duties
Maintain files for all vehicle tags and titles, reconcile, audit, code and process requests, and hand deliver documents to DHSMV.
Process payments using a purchasing card for new or replacement tags and registration within five business days.
Maintain documentation for vehicle fuel cards, distribute cards within 24 hours, and process monthly Missing Log reports.
Review and analyze the FLAIR Property Pending File, assign property numbers, and prepare PIT forms within five business days.
Assist with vehicle accidents processing and miscellaneous insurance batches.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
