House Manager / Personal Assistant

to manage their household and support personal needs. This role requires discretion, strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to oversee household operations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: Household Management

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the home and household staff.

Coordinate and work with security detail and vendors.

Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently, including errands and organization.

Personal Assistance

Support family members with scheduling, appointments, and personal tasks.

Manage calendar changes, including last‑minute events and special occasions.

Serve as primary point of contact for household and personal matters.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in household management, personal assistance, or similar roles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.

Strong leadership skills; able to manage and supervise household staff.

Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
