We’re hiring an Acquisition Specialist to speak with motivated homeowners, guide conversations, and help move deals forward. This is a remote, performance-based sales role with strong support, daily appointments, and clear earning potential. If you’re comfortable on the phone, competitive by nature, and motivated by commission this could be a great fit. Compensation
Base pay: $500–$750
(based on experience) Commission per signed contract Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities Top performers earn $8,000–$15,000+/month Total compensation target: $100,000 per year Work Environment & Perks

Speak with motivated sellers via phone Follow up with leads in our CRM Have structured conversations to understand seller needs Present solutions and move opportunities toward a contract Keep notes and follow-ups organized in our system Participate in team huddles and coaching sessions Work closely with other team members to help deals progress Qualifications
You’re a Good Fit If You: Have phone-based RealEstate sales experience Are coachable, competitive, and reliable Can hold professional conversations and ask direct questions Are comfortable using CRMs and basic sales tools Are available during U.S. business hours Want performance-based income What We Look For in Top Performers
