If you are currently or have experience as a Handyman, Carpenter, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, this is a great opportunity for you. Potential income

Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of clients and vendors as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
Successful prior track record as a Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred.
Overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tile and Electrical.
Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades (basic tools and understanding of what tools are needed for certain tasks).
Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the company’s insurance carrier’s standards.
Residence within 25 miles of the cities of Bradenton, FL.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong documentation and invoicing skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
