Nxt Property Management is looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Leasing Agent to join our team at Townhomes at Mountain Ridge in South Salt Lake, UT. This position plays an important role in helping prospective residents find a home they'll love and ensuring current residents receive outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours, phone inquiries, and online leads
Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication and follow-up
Support residents with maintenance requests, documentation, and account questions
Assist with administrative tasks and community operations as needed
What We Offer
Pay: Starting at $18+/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications
6+ months of sales or customer service experience
Experience in multifamily housing (preferred)
