Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Location Hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Note This role requires 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience; purely litigation, volume PI, or purely residential backgrounds will not be a fit.

Job Description
Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish
Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing matters
Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary transaction materials
Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients, lenders, and outside counsel
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value, fast-moving deals
Qualifications
1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
Experience with multifamily, development, or financing transactions preferred
Strong drafting, editing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for admission
