As an Escrow Assistant at Old Republic Title, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of real estate transactions, ensuring that every step is meticulously managed with precision and care. Location & Schedule
This is an office-based position from 8am to 5pm on a daily basis. Remote applicants will not be considered. Responsibilities
Take charge of reviewing and verifying information in preliminary reports and title commitments. Clear title requirements by researching discrepancies and securing lien releases. Pull tax rolls, assemble signing documents, and schedule appointments both inside and outside the office. Upload documents into the electronic filing system and document all conversations related to each file. Prepare funding packages with accuracy and efficiency. Work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Represent Old Republic Title with professionalism, courtesy, and flexibility, consistently delivering a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike. Qualifications
A minimum of three years of escrow experience is required. Pay Range
$20.00 - $28.00/hour Benefits
