We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service.
Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities include
Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Marketing online and in the surrounding areas to obtain new residents
Manage incoming calls and emails for the property
Schedule and perform tours of the community for potential residents
Close sale to convert tour to application for residency
Meet and/or exceed leasing goals set by Manager
Manage current resident concerns as well as the renewal process to enhance resident retention
Maintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software program
Collect and secure rental payments
Provide accounting support to Property Manager
Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations
This is a Full-time position and Saturdays are required.
