Oversee the daily operations of homeowner and condominium associations Serve as the main point of contact for board members and residents Prepare and manage budgets Coordinate maintenance and repairs Enforce community rules and ensure compliance with governing documents Attend board meetings and address resident concerns Collaborate with vendors for property maintenance and improvement projects Qualifications

Experience in property management, community association management, or a related field Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Basic knowledge of financial practices, budgeting, and familiarity with homeowner and condominium association regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other property management software Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities CAM (Community Association Manager) license in Florida preferred Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, commuting to the office as needed
