Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA, for a Real Estate Closing Associate / Paralegal. The primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions, conducting thorough research, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation. The Associate will communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional service throughout the closing process. Additional responsibilities include managing deadlines and assisting with various administrative and legal tasks associated with property transactions. Qualifications
Expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation, specifically related to real estate transactions Proficiency in Document Review and Research to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field preferred Relevant paralegal certification or previous experience in real estate transactions is a plus Knowledge of property deed recording processes and state-specific legal systems
