The
Customer Service Representative
is responsible for all contact with our customers (Distributors & Reps) pertaining to, but not limited to, customer purchase orders including status and changes, pricing on purchase orders, availability of product, shipping information, status of backorders, as well as order entry, researching credits, providing information to other Uponor departments regarding sales, shipping status, backorders, errors, and customer orders.
This role is considered a
HYBRID
position with periodic onsite work at our headquarters in
Apple Valley, Minnesota .
What you will be doing
Accurately processes incoming customer purchase orders for the customer base – manual and EDI.
Manages all incoming calls and requests for the customer base in a positive, customer-centric manner.
Processes all research and credit memo requests for the customer base.
Provides inside support to Uponor sales group and collaborates with the customer service department.
Seeks opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
What will you need Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Two years of daily customer interaction in a professional role, either face-to-face or over the phone
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Preferred
Associates degree
Experience and knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, specifically Order Management
