We\'re looking for a detail-loving, highly organized Listing Coordinator to join InTown Partners Real Estate Group. This part-time role is the heartbeat of our listing operations, supporting our agents from the signed listing agreement through active listing. You’ll play a critical role in launching polished listings, coordinating logistics, partnering with the Marketing Manager, ensuring MLS accuracy and compliance, and upholding the elevated brand standards we’re known for. Responsibilities
Listing Intake & Workflow Initiation: Receive listing notifications from agents and initiate the listing workflow; open, organize, and maintain digital listing files; review listing agreements and required disclosures for completeness and accuracy; communicate with agents regarding missing or corrected documentation.
Listing Management (Pre-Launch): Draft and input listings into MLS with complete and accurate data; upload photos, floor plans, video links, and other listing media; gather and verify property information, including HOA details and documentation, room measurements, and property specifications and features; draft initial marketing remarks for agent review and approval; coordinate and confirm photography, videography, measurements, and staging schedules as needed; confirm listing launch timeline and go-live date (standard Thursday launches); track, distribute, and assign lockboxes.
Marketing & Presentation Coordination: Coordinate ordering, installation, and removal of yard signs; prepare and mail “Just Listed” gifts; prepare and order marketing materials, including property flyers, property books, and window displays; support agents with listing launch materials to ensure brand and presentation consistency.
MLS & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all listings comply with MLS rules, brokerage policies, and state regulations; maintain organized, complete, and compliant listing files; process listing changes, including price adjustments, status updates, extensions, and amendments; monitor listing timelines and upcoming deadlines.
Active Listing Support: Coordinate open houses and broker opens (calendar support, signage, and materials); update showing instructions as needed; monitor listing performance and flag concerns such as low showing volume, extended days on market, and upcoming listing expirations; serve as the primary operational support for agents during the active listing phase; send bi-monthly seller activity and marketing updates via email, including new comparable sales and ListTrac reports.
Handoff to Transaction Manager: Upon execution of a contract, prepare and transfer a complete and compliant file to the Transaction Manager; confirm all listing documentation is executed, organized, and ready prior to handoff.
Qualifications
Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued.
Passion for serving people and delivering excellent customer service.
Effective written and in-person communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to keep operations smooth and on track.
Proven track record of maintaining organized and compliant digital files, supporting a commitment to excellence.

Compensation Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
