
Overview
As a Sales Counselor in our Atlanta Division, you will work one on one with home buyers as they search and purchase the home of their dreams from one of our master-crafted floor plans. One of the most rewarding parts of this role is the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and experience through the new home build process by prospecting, educating, and setting proper expectations for the build experience. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan. Lead the customer through the sales process from initial contact to contract by understanding and selling to their needs. Set proper expectations and manage customers’ process and paperwork from initial contract through closing including all financial documentation, designs, and construction meeting. Aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and annual basis. Financially qualify prospects and consult with lending institutions to complete the sales process. Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology. Physical Demands
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, walk on various terrains (including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties). Must be able to use verbal communication and technology to communicate with associates and customers. Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and grasping. Must be able to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders. Must have the physical strength to lift approximately 50 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to endure various weather conditions and exposure to dust, dirt, and fumes. Must be able to wear protective gear provided (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes).
