to lead our Buick, GMC, and Chevrolet sales team. If you’re a driven leader who knows how to build strong teams, close deals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team Drive sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction Manage new and used inventory and monitor performance metrics Support negotiations and closings Partner with Finance and Service for a seamless buying experience Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent What You Bring: Proven automotive sales management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Solid knowledge of vehicles, financing, and sales processes CRM experience and a results-driven mindset Valid driver’s license and ability to meet required MVR standards Why Ricart:
