Sales are rising rapidly, and we are now strengthening the Norwegian sales team – making this the perfect moment to come on board.
Key Account Manager As Key Account Manager in Norway, you play a pivotal role in the Nordic commercial team, helping bring relief to Dry Eye sufferers. The premium products are highly regarded by KOLs and are first choices for many customers in the Nordics. There is still plenty of room for growth, and with a strong, well‑regarded portfolio and new products on the horizon, this is an exciting moment to make an impact.
We are looking for someone with proven sales experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/OTC sector, and with knowledge of local market regulations and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate is driven, innovative, and passionate about sales and problem‑solving. You are independent, solution‑oriented, and commercially minded, able to focus on overarching goals and strategies.
You should thrive in a small organization, work well with different customer groups, collaborate with the team, and confidently represent products while turning opportunities into business. Enthusiasm, energy, and a hands‑on approach are key to success. Key Account Manager reports to Nordic Sales Director. The role is home‑based, preferably in the Oslo region.
Main responsibilities
Maximise the value and recognition of URSAPHARM’s product portfolio
Drive the entire sales process independently
Provide consultative selling and service; educate, advise and support customers in product use
Manage and follow up with key accounts in line with agreed strategies and objectives to ensure long‑term growth
Assess customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Represent URSAPHARM at conferences and meetings, delivering relevant product and therapeutic information
Maintain accurate customer records and complete all administrative tasks promptly in accordance with company standards
Achieve commercial goals relating to sales and market share
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team spirit across the organisation
Key requirements
Relevant academic background in science, healthcare or economics
Proven sales experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within pharmaceuticals or OTC
Familiarity with local market regulations and ability to navigate the healthcare system
Experience of working with pharmacies and/or opticians is an advantage
Strong track record in building customer relationships and developing markets, both independently and as a team player
Open‑minded, pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach
Results‑driven with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions that create value for customers
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
