About This Role: Boston Scientific’s Vascular Associate is a transitional role to prepare candidates to become a Sales Consultant within the Peripheral Interventions Division. The Vascular Associate will be assigned by Region to an existing territory with potential to convert and grow the business. The role is accountable for delivering exceptional service through team-driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy and priorities. The role works collaboratively with the Regional Manager and territory consultant to support and drive sales revenue at identified accounts. Each Vascular Associate will report to a Regional Sales Manager. Vascular Associates may be required to work outside their primary assignments as required by business conditions. At Boston Scientific, our products and technologies diagnose and treat conditions within the venous system (e.g., deep vein thrombosis, post-thrombotic syndrome, pulmonary embolism, and compressive diseases). We continue to innovate in key areas and extend innovations into new geographies and high-growth adjacency markets. We offer solutions including Angiojet, Zelante DVT, thrombectomy catheter, EKOS, peripheral guide wires, drug-eluting stents and balloons, atherectomy, and IVUS. We have a robust product pipeline and will continue to invest in interventional treatments that positively impact patient lives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution. Establish relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Nuclear Medicine, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control. Provide procedural support in a competitive environment. Work collaboratively with Sales Consultant to maximize selling time. Take on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership. Work closely with Sales Consultants and Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends. Help develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets. Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends. Manage expense and promotional budgets within guidelines. Maintain Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI). Timely completion of required training as assigned Follow compliance regulations Execute quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts Maintain accurate records of sales and secure purchase orders Submit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advanced Policies, and Integrity Policies Occasional weekends, trade shows, internal meetings and/or meeting participation, committed travel 30-40% Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years plus of relevant business experience BA/BS in a business discipline, AA with plans for completion of BA/BS, or equivalent experience Documented sales success Self-starter, solution oriented, team player, proven leadership qualities while accepting direction Strategic thinker with the ability to see contribution to the big picture Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships Energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal-oriented Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment Requisition ID: 623214 The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full-time position will be $60,000 to 60,000+, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (including certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) and the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable experience, training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
