What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to drive product acceptance
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset
