Role Summary
We provide the client traffic, training, and systems—you bring the energy, sales skills, and focus on results. As a Travel Sales Manager, you will engage directly with clients, recommend services and packages, and meet daily performance goals. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person consultations and upsell services
Achieve sales targets consistently at each location
Adapt to different spa teams and locations quickly
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
Follow company sales procedures and participate in training
Qualifications
Experience in sales or client-facing roles
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable traveling extensively across the U.S.
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
