What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct routine dealer visits to track financial sales production and assess dealer needs and opportunities
Analyze sales data and F&I processes to maximize compliance, service, and revenue through F&I products
Develop tailored plans for dealerships based on their short- and long-term product needs
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship to dealership personnel
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including finance and insurance product providers and dealership networks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales or a similar role
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation abilities
Proven negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills
Willingness to travel more than 75%, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience within the OEM, automotive, powersports, or financial services industry
High level of computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve measurable results in a fast-paced environment
