This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting customers in selecting materials, and driving sales of Rock Mill's high-end tile and stone products. Core responsibilities include understanding customer needs, educating them on product offerings, working closely with internal teams to ensure project success, and meeting sales targets. The role involves working collaboratively with designers, architects, and the retail community on both residential and commercial projects. Qualifications

Strong skills in relationship building, client service, and customer engagement Understanding Architectural Specifications and A&D Process Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and achieving sales targets Knowledge in or experience with design or architecture fields, with an understanding of materials such as stone, tile, and finishes Detail-oriented with organizational and project management abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and travel locally as needed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred Prior experience in luxury sales or interior design is a plus
