
Overview
The Sales Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to All Star sales teams and ensuring accurate and timely completion of Provider staffing assignments.
Responsibilities
Create Provider and Client assignment confirmation letters.
Gather and organize credentialing packets to initiate the All Star credentialing process.
Daily contact with the sales staff to help execute work more efficiently and effectively.
Follow-up/outreach to Providers regarding status of applications.
Collect Provider timesheets and receipts for reimbursement.
Maintain master calendar of scheduled assignments and enter Provider days booked Salesforce (CRM) system.
Auditing Provider payroll
Other projects as assigned.

Effective time management and ability to multi-task
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
3+ years of administrative/sales support experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and web-based systems (Sharepoint, Freshdesk)
Salesforce or Non Propriatry experience CRM Bachelor’s degree
Experience in Healthcare Staffing a plus
