Responsibilities

Sending application forms for new and current customers

Creating quotes

Sending emails with certification contracts, sub-licenses to customers

Analyze compliance of sales documents and send audits to coordination department

Keep track of pending sales documents that were sent to clients and sending reminders

Organizing and saving electronic documents

Assist customers with WQS system questions

Take incoming phone calls

Help creating basic reports when requested

Help coordinating and organizing marketing campaigns, training, and sales conferences

Help with market pricing researches

Help identify potential customers through internet research, email them to introduce services and schedule meetings

Continue to attend technical classes and seminars in order to expand knowledge of services provided by WQS

Perform other related activities as necessary at the discretion of Management

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for audit and certification services

Qualify leads and assess customer needs related to audits, and certification requirements

Present QIMA’s audit and certification solutions via phone or virtual meetings

Prepare quotations and support contract closure in coordination with sales and operations teams

Follow up on proposals and guide clients through the sales process

Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system

Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Up to 5% travel required (mainly for training and conference shadows)

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience in sales / customer service role

Sales/Marketing experience

High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferable)

Salary: $40,000 USD
