My client is looking for a high-impact Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined territory through meaningful, face-to-face customer relationships. This role sits at the center of revenue growth, blending field sales, strategic account development, and new business discovery. If you thrive on building trust, uncovering new projects, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships, this role gives you real ownership and visibility.

80k-100k

Responsibilities

Manage and grow top customer accounts through regular face-to-face meetings

Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers

Develop projects from sample requests through quotes and conversion

Conduct market and customer research to uncover untapped opportunities

Build consultative relationships with engineering, PM, and sourcing teams

Prepare and present quotes, follow up on sourcing and information requests

Spend ~50% of your time in the field, mostly same-day travel

Maintain forecasts, reports, and CRM data to track territory performance

Qualifications

Be able to do the job as described.

Strong relationship-driven, consultative selling mindset

Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and opening new doors

Confident presenting to engineers, product managers, and sourcing teams

Experienced using CRM tools to manage pipelines and territory data
