Overview Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a results-oriented e-commerce professional who can transform online opportunities into tangible business results. In this exciting role, you’ll work directly with major retail partners to optimize product listings, streamline operations, and drive e-commerce growth. Your efforts will directly influence product visibility, conversions, and the online customer experience for some of our most loved brands.

What You'll Do

Build and manage strong partnerships with major retail accounts to maximize online sales performance.

Optimize product listings for accuracy, SEO, and conversion to ensure maximum visibility.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth order flow.

Lead drop-shipping operations, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and resolve pricing or content discrepancies.

Audit and enhance product detail pages with compelling content, images, and videos.

Work with internal teams to execute seasonal promotions, pricing updates, and product launches.

Identify opportunities to streamline e-commerce workflows and implement improvements that boost efficiency.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and pricing information across ERP systems and retailer portals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-Commerce, communications, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting) preferred.

Experience working with ERP systems.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and retail account representatives.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools and processes.
