Drive profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors to ensure effective territory management Implement promotions and directives as set by division management Collaborate with other C&I territories and divisions to meet customer needs What is Required
Bachelor's degree or higher and three (3) years of direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience, OR an Associate's degree and five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience Current, valid driver’s license Proven ability to understand and train customers on multiple product lines and applications Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels How to Stand Out
