SEBASS Events is seeking an experienced and motivated

E-Commerce & Online Sales Manager

to lead the creation, launch, and ongoing management of our online store. This role will be responsible for building an e-commerce platform focused on professional lighting products, managing product listings, and developing online sales strategies aligned with our brand and industry expertise. This is a key role in expanding SEBASS Events beyond services into production related product sales. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Development Select, build, and launch an e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) Configure product categories, pricing, shipping, taxes, and payment systems Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually aligned with the Sebass Events brand, and optimized for conversions Product & Inventory Management Create and manage product listings for professional lighting brands used in-house Write clear, accurate product descriptions and specifications Coordinate inventory tracking, stock levels, and supplier relationships Develop and execute online sales strategies for B2B and B2C customers Implement basic SEO, email marketing, and promotional campaigns Collaborate with the Sebass Events team to cross-promote services and products Operations & Customer Experience Manage order fulfillment workflows, shipping, and returns Provide customer support related to online orders and product inquiries Monitor site performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience building or managing an e-commerce website Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar Experience with event production, lighting and audio sales Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new business initiative WHO YOU ARE
