As our New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving sales goals, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a New Car Sales Manager and a winning mentality.
New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Manage and train the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the dealership has the right mix of vehicles.
Maintain a positive and motivating environment for the sales team.

Qualifications New Car Sales Manager Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a Sales or Car Sales Manager.
OR 3+ years of experience in automotive sales.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background, and drug screen.
