Support group sales managers and the area director of sales with daily operational needs Manage Delphi bookings, including creating contacts, accounts, and expenses reports Assist with planning and hosting group site visits, including client entertainment Conduct site inspections and meet/greet group clients and VIPs upon arrival and departure Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations for events Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales/catering assistant, preferably with Delphi and Opera systems Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams Preferred Qualifications
