Conduct polished, personalized tours following a structured, fair tour-assignment process.
Build strong rapport with prospects and confidently close high-value leases (rents range from $6,000–$40,000/month; average ~$12,000).
Convert qualified leads—appointments are set for you via AI-driven lead management.
Consistently achieve and exceed performance benchmarks, including a
20%+ conversion ratio .
Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile and celebrity clientele.
Focus exclusively on leasing and sales— no renewals or resident issue management .
Collaborate daily with a fully staffed onsite management, maintenance, and concierge team.
