Sales Manager
to their growing U.S. team. This is a great opportunity for a strong dairy sales professional who's ready to take the next step—or already has leadership experience and wants to join a best-in-class organization.
Position:
Sales Manager
Compensation:
$135,000-$165,000 (base, commensurate with experience)
Territory:
Southwest Region - California, Arizona, Nevada
Direct Reports:
4-5 Sales Representatives
Work Style:
Flexible, field-based with autonomy
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-5 Sales Reps across the Southwest territory
Drive sales performance and market growth with progressive dairy producers
Work closely with senior leadership to execute regional and national strategies
Build long-term customer relationships in a technically driven, consultative sales environment
Support team development through mentoring, goal setting, and performance management
What They\'re Looking For
Proven sales success in the dairy industry (genetics, animal health, nutrition, or related)
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Previous sales management experience is a plus, but not required—high-performing individual contributors ready to lead are encouraged to apply
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a flexible, remote environment
