Our next colleague will be covering part of the American Midwest. Your role will be to drive sales of water and wastewater treatment chemicals, consumables, accessories and services, achieve revenue targets, and develop the company’s existing customer base in both municipal and industrial sectors. Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment services, consumables, and parts to drive sales growth Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation’s support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation’s overall business plan The Skills We Are Looking For
Degree in relevant technical field (e.g., Environmental, etc.); Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including: Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), Nanofiltration (NF); Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector; Relevant sales experience in the U.S. or Canada; Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location; Strong presentation & communication skills; Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter; Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities.
