Responsibilities
Coordinate activities to achieve new business and sales quotas within the assigned territory
Develop and implement an annual sales plan, responding to market opportunities
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including distributors and OEMs
Maintain market coverage documentation and manage distributor agreements
Forecast sales accurately to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely product delivery
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' sales experience in automotive, fleet, or related fields
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
Strong communication skills, capable of influencing effectively at all organizational levels
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using a CRM system
Strong customer service and troubleshooting capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High degree of attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
