Job description We are hiring an Account Manager – Client Management (IT Solutions) to handle both existing and new client accounts.

The role involves client visits, product presentations, and relationship management within the IT and security solutions industry.

This is an onsite, field-based role, ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of sales or account management experience.

Job Qualifications

Graduate of any

4-year business-related course

(Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or similar).

1–2 years of experience

in sales or account management (B2B or B2C).

Background or strong interest in

IT and security solutions , such as:

System integration, software solutions, hardware/ICT.

Access control, CCTV, printers, photocopiers, and related technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.

Willing to engage in

regular field work and client visits .

Proficient in

MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and other MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

Learn company products, applications, and market landscape.

Source and develop accounts through calls, cold canvassing, and field work.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.

Recommend appropriate solutions and prepare proposals and related documents.

Handle negotiations and follow through until closing.

Prepare and submit eligibility and accreditation documents.

Coordinate with Sales Coordinator, Technical Support, and Distribution teams for delivery, installation, and training.

Accompany technical and distribution personnel for NCR client deliveries when needed.

Participate in trade shows and marketing events.

Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
