Nozzle Nolen Pest Solutions is seeking an experiencedCustomer Service & Inside Sales Managerto lead and support our in-person Customer Service and Inside Sales teams. This role is responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences, supporting daily operations, and ensuring consistent, professional performance across both service and sales functions.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a positive and solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to coach teams while holding accountability fairly.
Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000 , based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop both the Customer Service and Inside Sales teams Foster a professional, collaborative, and high-performing team environment Oversee daily in-person customer service operations, scheduling coordination, and call flow Manage inside sales activities, including inbound leads, follow-up processes, and conversion performance Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as call quality, response times, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates Address escalated customer concerns in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner Partner closely with Service Managers, Sales Leadership, and Operations to support company objectives Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for both teams Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and documentation standards Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall customer and sales experience Maintain accurate records, reporting, and performance tracking Qualifications
3+ years of customer service and/or inside sales leadership experience (service-based industry preferred) Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams in an in-person environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through Experience with call centers, inside sales teams, scheduling, or dispatching preferred Why Join Nozzle Nolen?
