Overview
Punch List Specialist/Finish Carpenter (A-Player Only) This Is Not a Handyman Job If you’re a “jack of all trades, master of none,” stop reading now. We’re looking for a highly skilled punch list specialist—the person who comes in at the end of a project and makes everything perfect. This role is for someone who sees flaws others miss and takes pride in delivering work that needs zero callbacks. Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Responsible For You are the final line of defense before a project is turned over. Your job is to eliminate mistakes, not create new ones. You must be highly proficient in: Drywall patching (small to medium repairs that disappear after paint) Painting (cutting clean lines, matching texture and sheen, flawless touch-ups) Cabinet installation and adjustment (level, plumb, aligned, smooth operation) Interior doors (installing, adjusting, hardware, proper margins) Baseboards, casing, crown, and trim work (precision matters here) What “Good” Looks Like Here
You don’t need supervision to do quality work You finish tasks completely—no half-done “good enough” fixes You protect finished surfaces like it’s your own house You clean up after yourself without being asked You communicate clearly when something is wrong or needs correction You catch issues before they become problems What We Expect From an A-Player
Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable) Professional attitude on occupied or high-end job sites Reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools Ability to work independently and manage punch lists efficiently Pride in your craft—your work should speak for itself What You’ll Get
Consistent work on quality projects Clear expectations (we hate chaos and rework as much as you do) Respect for skilled tradespeople who take their work seriously Competitive pay based on skill—not promises or excuses This Role Is NOT For You If:
You rush to finish work You blame tools, materials, or other trades for sloppy results You need someone constantly checking your work You think “close enough” is acceptable Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver’s license required Accurate measuring and math skills required Excellent physical condition and dexterity Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques Compensation
