
Agency Account Executive
We’re looking for a highly organized Account Executive to manage client relationships and ensure flawless execution of social media and content deliverables. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and acts as the internal quarterback, working closely with the Videographer, content team, and leadership to keep everything on track. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and ownership.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage up to
10 client accounts
at a time
Hold
weekly or bi-weekly client meetings
to review content, performance, and upcoming needs
Collaborate with the Videographer and content team to plan, schedule, and deliver content
Ensure all client content is properly scheduled and published on time
Maintain brand consistency, voice, and standards across all client channels
Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates
Track deliverables and ensure nothing falls behind or goes missing
Communicate clearly between clients and internal teams to avoid misalignment
Keep all client files, calendars, and documentation up to date
Qualifications
Experience managing client accounts in a marketing, media, or agency environment
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Comfortable leading client conversations and managing expectations
Ability to manage multiple accounts without sacrificing quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and accountable
Compensation $36,000 per year
