We’re looking for an experienced plumbing/HVAC service sales representative with a proven track record to join our growing Service team! Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Meet new and existing customers, conducting site visits, building report, and understanding service needs. Sales Process: Perform needs analysis, prepare detailed proposals with approval from Service manager, demonstrate products, negotiate pricing, and close sales for replacements, new installation, and service agreements. Coordination with Project Managers Territory Management: Develop sales strategies, manage geographic service area, and meeting/exceeding sales goals. Experience and Skills
Proven sales track record with repeat years over $1M in gross sales with new clients. 5+ years’ sales experience required. 2+ years HVAC/Plumbing Service sales required. Positive community reputation required. Benefits and Compensation
