Responsibilities
Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and provide clinical and reimbursement information in a compliant manner
Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives, utilizing market data and customer insights
Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders
Address customer inquiries and concerns using advanced selling skills
Accurately track and report sales activities and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Proven advanced selling skills and business acumen
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to meet travel requirements and comply with vaccination requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments
Experience in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx)
