Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for customers and sales managers via phone and email
Assist District Managers with field installations and provide support for product application inquiries
Act as a liaison for quality assurance questions and escalate issues as necessary
Capture data related to product performance and support corrective actions for reliability issues
Promote company products and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services, Quality Control, or Customer Service
Strong understanding of customer service philosophy and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn ERP and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to analyze problems and resolve work-related issues effectively
Experience with product performance analysis and quality assurance processes
