Real Estate Assistant – Closing & Title Processor
Location: Boca Raton, FL
100% in-office full-time position (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm)
Compensation: $50,000 to $52,000 annual salary range (commensurate with experience); Health Insurance after 3 months of service; 2 weeks vacation and 5 sick days after 1 year of service

Real Estate Assistant – Closing & Title Processor .
Our office comprises 3 Attorneys, 1 Paralegal and 2 Assistants all of whom focus solely on the practice of real estate transactions, client representation, title work and closings. For over two decades we have created a practice that caters to the varying needs of our clients and further supports the needs of sellers, buyers, borrowers, real estate brokers and agents, lenders, loan officers and closing agents who rely on our professionalism and expertise. We are a collaborative office that embraces a familial feel, and we genuinely pride ourselves on creating a supportive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
Opening new files for contract and title processing, ordering, and reviewing title documents, resolving title issues, preparing title commitments and title policies, preparing closing documents (i.e. Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, Seller and Buyer documents, Title Curing Instruments, Affidavits, etc.)
Processing lender instructions and further coordinating & organizing loan documents for closing
Balancing closing figures for CD preparation with Lenders
Preparing wires and checks for funding
Electronically recording documents in public records
Qualifications
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience preparing Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate contract purchases, sales and/or loan transactions for closing
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word REQUIRED
Landtech closing & processing software experience preferred (not required)
