Review and organize escrow documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Learn escrow regulations, best practices, and transaction workflows step-by-step Verify names, entities, and transaction details across multiple documents Upload and submit documents using electronic platforms like Simplifile (training provided) Track deadlines, follow checklists, and flag discrepancies early Communicate with internal team members, lenders, and partners to support timely closings Qualifications

Salary Range:

$45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience and growth potential) 401(k):
