
Overview
LHH is teaming up with a financial services organization in Sacramento, CA in search of a Direct Loan Processor to support high‑volume direct loan processing and member service needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to join a mission‑driven organization that serves its community through accessible consumer lending solutions. The team prides itself on collaboration, training support, and an environment where temporary staff are integrated into the workflow quickly. Candidates will gain exposure to fast‑paced operations and structured onboarding. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment. They are comfortable learning new systems, managing deadlines, and participating in a group interview process. Candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a team‑oriented lending department.
Key Responsibilities
Support direct loan application processing and documentation review.
Communicate with internal partners and applicants to ensure timely completion of required steps.
Maintain accuracy across system entries and file updates.
Contribute to daily workflow goals and productivity expectations.
Participate in group screening and follow-up onsite interviews as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer support, administrative support, lending, banking, or similar environments required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a structured workflow with set productivity expectations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Call center experience strongly preferred!

Pay Rate:
$22/hour
