Call Center Sales Representative
to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. As an essential member of our customer outreach team, the Call Center Sales Representative serves as a primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers. This role requires high-volume outbound calling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within a KPI-driven environment. Outbound Sales Focus: Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume outbound prospecting calls that support new business, renewals, and service growth. KPI-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working toward daily goals such as outbound call volume, talk time, follow-up completion, and documentation accuracy. Technology & Systems Expertise: Confident using dialers, CRM systems, and advanced phone software to manage workload and track performance. Customer Communication Strength: Able to maintain professionalism while handling sales conversations, service discussions, and A/R account support. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Sales Support
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers to promote Superior Lawn Care services. Drive new customer acquisition, service renewals, and customer retention efforts. Meet or exceed all call-related KPIs including call volume, talk time, and follow-up activity. Inbound Customer & Account Support
Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and account information. Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate support that enhances customer satisfaction. Account Support & Accounts Receivable Follow-Up
Place outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances, payment reminders, and billing questions. Communicate payment expectations clearly while maintaining a positive customer interaction experience. Document all outcomes accurately and escalate unresolved matters as needed. Scheduling & Service Coordination
Schedule, update, and coordinate customer service appointments with branch operations teams. Ensure customers understand service timelines and expectations. Documentation & Systems Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM and call center software. Manage follow-ups, customer history, and performance metrics while ensuring data integrity. Qualifications for the Call Center Sales Representative
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in outbound sales, call center, customer service, or collections required High-volume calling experience is a strong plus Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment Experience in home services call centers (HVAC, pest, solar, roofing) preferred but not required Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities Positive attitude and commitment to customer service Key Performance Metrics
The Call Center Sales Representative Will Be Evaluated On: Daily outbound call volume and talk time Follow-up completion and documentation accuracy Customer satisfaction and retention results Contribution to new business, renewals, and service extensions Adherence to call center KPIs and quality standards Work Environment & Location
