Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Oracle ERP Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (SDR). The Specialist is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential leads, setting appointments with decision-makers, conducting initial outreach, and maintaining professional communication with prospective clients. The role includes managing schedules, building relationships with prospects, and supporting lead generation efforts to drive business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying prospective opportunities
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
Familiarity with Oracle ERP solutions, CRM systems, or relevant software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
LinkedIn + email outreach (daily)
Follow-up and appointment setting
Book meetings with decision makers (IT / Finance / Operations)
Track activity in CRM or spreadsheet
B2B SDR / appointment setting experience
Comfortable with outbound outreach + follow-up
