We are recruiting on behalf a small, expanding investment firm that capitalizes multifamily construction and development nationwide. This group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented real estate paralegal to support the General Counsel. This newly created role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic organization driven by experienced real estate professionals, with a focus on high-impact transactions and investments. Based in the Houston office, you will play a key role in facilitating closings, managing due diligence, and supporting asset management activities, contributing directly to the success of their projects and growth. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, banking, or private equity environments Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Highly collaborative with a proactive, self-starting attitude Experience in coordinating closings, preparing legal and entity formation documents, and managing due diligence checklists
