Looking to add a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist into a busy 3 Doctor practice. Previous veterinary experience required. Looking to add a positive thinking individual capable of wearing many hats. Responsibilities

Be able to answer multi-phone line Set appointments multitasker actively support veterinarians and other staff in daily patient and client care. be an active listener, paying close attention to details. observe the behavior and conditions of animals. actively demonstrate dependability and importance of work to clients, supervisor, and other employees. participate in cross-training and willing to work in all areas of the hospital. easily adapt to situations that arise such as emergencies, taking initiative, dealing with high volume on the phone as well as in person.
