Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in implementation. Supervise and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and labor crews. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and address potential challenges to minimize project delays and costs. Maintain accurate records of daily site activities and project documentation.
